The Approach
Dotfusion rebuilt The Shoe Company’s email system from the ground up, to deliver best-results performance. We next turned our sights on its site. Integrating an advanced Web 2.0 merchandising platform, we added search-and-sort features, capabilities for Ajax 1 page checkout, and search engine optimized the e-commerce pages as well as cross-sell and up-sell features, thus providing our client with a state-of-the-art website designed to boost sales and give them a distinct edge over the competition.
The Applause
By building a proprietary SKU generation tool, we were able to add automated processes and save our client over 80% of SKU data entry time costs. As an added bonus, same-month sales have measurably increased compared to the old system. The Shoe Company’s revamped site is now a top-of-the-line, best-in-class e-commerce platform.
